As a Senior Project Manager, Soojin is responsible for leading an expanded team and has oversight of all project design and production, delivering successful results for her clients. She is dedicated to producing top quality work for all projects and is a creative leader who is passionate about mentoring her team members. Soojin is known for her meticulous design skills and for developing innovative full circle thinking^® solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient, which her clients very much appreciate. Her position also involves daily project coordination and interaction with clients, consultants and agencies.

Soojin has extensive experience with urban infill podium as well as single- and multi-family developments, affordable and mixed-use projects, master-planned communities, and parks and recreational facilities. Soojin has provided services for a number of top flight clients, including Brookfield Residential, Lennar, AvalonBay Communities and various public agencies, among others.
