Ranch Camp at Rienda

Ranch Camp at Rienda is a 9.2-acre recreational facility that is remarkable for its size and the exceptional range of unique amenities it provides for residents, including:
Project Story: Precise design was required due to intricate piping beneath the lagoon-style pool. Fuscoe Engineering’s services for Ranch Camp included survey staking; conceptual engineering and site development plans; grading, sewer, domestic water, drainage and storm drain plans; underground fire and composite utility plans; cut/fill exhibit and as-builts; and SDG&E and SMWD Easements.
Samueli Gym & Soccer Field

Samueli Academy is an exceptional public charter school on 7.1 acres dedicated to foster children in grades 7 through 12, which consistently places in the top 6% of schools in both the state and the country. The campus expansion consisted of three phases:
Project Story: The stormwater treatment design for the new CIF Soccer Field was challenging. Infiltration tanks were carefully configured/designed to fit underground within this tight site.
TopGolf
Ontario | TopGolf
This new TopGolf Sports Bar & Restaurant complex sits on 13.7 acres adjacent to Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park in Ontario. The three-level, 600,000 sf high-tech entertainment complex features 102 golf hitting bays, a full-service restaurant, bar, 200 TVs, rooftop terrace with fire pit and social/corporate event space.
Project Story: Project site challenges included installation of a new storm drain and obtaining a waiver through the State Water Resources Board to design and place a recycled water line above the domestic water main.
Maruta Gardner Playground
at Bonita Cove

The improvements to the Maruta Gardner Playground at Bonita Cove Park include the renovation of the half-acre playground, replacement of the comfort station, a new shade structure, enhanced security lighting, and sidewalk and pedestrian curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
Project Story: Fuscoe worked with the City of San Diego to qualify the project as a Standard Development Project. The team incorporated permeable concrete and infiltration below the play surfaces avoiding stringent storm water requirements.
