Winnie leads a team focused on master-planned communities and urban infill

Winnie’s work focus includes master-planned communities, multi- and single-family homes, and urban infill podium projects. All of her projects incorporate design and construction of project specific treatment control BMPs, such as water quality basins, bio-retention planters, infiltration trenches and modular wetland structures. Winnie is particularly adept at maintaining relationships with both clients and agencies and her broad range of design and supervisory skills are reflected in the top-quality work she produces.
