Westhaven, Affirmed Housing’s new housing development, is a 0.93 acres five-story community providing 57 apartment units with specialized supportive services for formerly unhoused individuals.

Fuscoe encountered a couple of project challenges. First, the absence of a sewer main in the nearby street meant the team had to tap into the public sewer main through a neighboring residential yard. Secondly, with no nearby public storm drains, the site required the installation of drywells to ensure sufficient percolation for a 50-year storm event.
