Victor is an integral part of Fuscoe’s residential studio.

He is a dedicated professional with exceptional technical and interpersonal skills. Victor quickly adapts to meet client needs and creatively solves design issues that arise during project conception to completion. His engineering tasks include grading, drainage, utility infrastructure and site hydrology. He also performs environmental water quality research and design to minimize stormwater runoff effects on local watersheds. Some of Victor’s past projects include Shea Homes’ Wedgewood single-family homes, Monarch Coast/Marea Apartments, Alma and Vita single-family homes, North Getty Apartments and Manzanita Skate Park for the City of Anaheim.
