Vasari Apartments at Ventana

This 257-unit apartment development, is the first of two phases in the mixed-use master planned community of Ventana.

Designed by Architects Orange, Vasari is located within Planning Area 1 (PA1) of the 101.5-acre Duncan Canyon Specific Plan in Fontana. The master plan was designed to have a Mediterranean/Tuscan village feel, with a grand piazza linked by paseos to large plazas amid residential and 476,500 sf of retail, commercial and hospitality uses. One of the challenges faced, was working on the final engineering for the first Phase of PA1 while an overall specific plan amendment was being processed with the City. In order to overcome this, the Fuscoe Team worked closely with fellow subconsultants to design a project that would meet the client’s expectations and mesh with the overall development vision.
