Located between Westfield Topanga and Westfield Promenade in the heart of Warner Center, The Village at Westfield Topanga is a dynamic mixed-use project designed to be a community destination and gathering place in the heart of the West Valley.
Fuscoe Engineering provided engineering and survey services, including project staking, from conceptual design through construction administration and remained an integral part of the development up through grand opening. The desired site plan and relationship of programmatic elements required intricate grading design and a surgical execution of the underground utility network to service all the proposed facilities. Fuscoe relied heavily on AutoDesk Civil3D software to create the massive underground utility network model for conflict resolution as well as for creating surface models for earthworks and other uses.
