Pendry Newport Beach has been reimagined as a new sophisticated luxury destination.

Steps away from Fashion Island shopping center, this premiere hotel renovation, includes 295 guestrooms with 114 suites with views of the Pacific Ocean, an 8,710-sf ballroom, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool area, event lawn and new Spa Pendry for beauty and wellness treatments.

A significant challenge of the pool redesign was preserving the courtyard’s perimeter walls. The plans required meticulous calculation and design to match existing grading conditions. Drainage design for the pool area and artificial turf involved integrating slot drains and a biofiltration storage tank to treat storm water runoff.
