The new 88,000 sf medical building features green design elements that reduce environmental impacts and an easy-to-navigate layout with ample parking.

The LEED^® Silver certified building is situated on a 7.2-acre infill site that is bounded by an equestrian property, another medical office building and a standard residential subdivision. The Fuscoe Engineering team provided civil engineering services for the site, including conceptual engineering, water, sewer, storm drain, grading and water quality design work in addition to assisting with entitlement. The team faced a number of project challenges, including terrain and drainage issues, due to the relatively primitive infrastructure that previously served the site.
