Servite High School is north Orange County’s premier private Catholic college preparatory high school for boys with an outstanding reputation for both academic and athletic excellence.

This project was years in the making as it required the purchase of five residential lots, four with existing homes, adjacent to the school. Building a new school facility within a residential community made it challenging to seamlessly blend it into the site to appear as having always been there. Also, incorporating a drainage system into an existing constrained site to meet State regulatory standards was also a challenge. This goal was accomplished with the use of permeable pavement and an infiltration basin.
