This is a 72,549 sf Class A dock-high industrial building and distribution center on a four acre lot.
Fuscoe’s team provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the project, which has easy access to both the 91 and 15 Freeways. As part of a previous development, the project had been mass-graded, so design intent was minimized to include grading around the edge conditions. The Fire department required a secondary Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) road, which was in conflict with an existing Caltrans guard rail. To avoid Caltrans involvement, Fuscoe worked with the local fire jurisdiction to develop a design to keep the guardrail in place and satisfied the Fire department requirements for their secondary EVA.
