Palisades Village is a stylish mixed-use village with 125,000 sf of retail space which accommodates 40+ restaurants and shops, in addition to eight new upscale one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The Fuscoe team provided its signature Geospatial Technology Services as well as construction staking for both the commercial and residential products. Due to the excessive vibration and movement of construction activity, laser scanning was ineffective. Fuscoe’s innovative full circle thinking® solution entailed flying a UAV drone with a high resolution camera to capture every site feature, including all construction details and infrastructure, such as rebar, post tension cables, etc., to create an ortho-rectified photo of the entire site before concrete was poured. This process was accomplished in only 10 phases/days.
