Ontario Ranch is a portion of the former San Bernardino County Agricultural Preserve annexed by the City. The Ontario Ranch Master Plan encompasses 8,200 acres.

Fuscoe is providing preliminary and final engineering design, including grading, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Site planning includes some of the regional park and recreation facilities for the City of Ontario. Due to new infrastructure and multiple developers, project coordination is extensive.
