This 38,000 sf medical office/clinic occupies a 3.9 acre site and is LEED certified.

Bioretention basins are installed along the north, west and south sides of the building and in the parking medians. The bioretention basins slow runoff and filter pollutants. Storm drains connect to a new 30-inch drain located along the southern site boundary, and to the existing Bly Mission Channel to the west. The Fuscoe team provided full civil engineering services for this project.
