Jeff oversees Fuscoe’s company-wide IT infrastructure, staff and procedures

Jeff manages Fuscoe’s IT staff and firm-wide IT systems. He also sets, maintains and oversees the firm’s BIM and CADD management, design standards and workflow processes. Jeff has created comprehensive and detailed CADD manuals which have greatly streamlined employee efforts and ensure that Fuscoe’s plans and exhibits are complete, technically accurate and measure up to company standards. Jeff also manages a company-wide Knowledge Management Solution that aids all staff members in their day-to-day project activities.
