Ian’s extensive knowledge of stormwater regulations and water quality make him a valuable resource for our clients

As Vice President of Specialty Practices, Ian leads Fuscoe’s Stormwater Management and Geospatial teams. His specialty is water resources, with an emphasis in water quality regulations and Resource Agency interaction. Ian is currently working as a technical lead on resolving several third-party Clean Water Act lawsuits on behalf of municipalities and private entities and is also negotiating several complex long-term individual NPDES permits in local Regional Boards (San Diego, Santa Ana and Los Angeles). Ian’s technical background in stormwater combined with his more recent focus on geospatial technologies for the public and private sector provides clients with a uniquely skilled leader, able to gather data efficiently and provide solutions that were previously considered cost-prohibitive.
