The H Hotel Curio Collection and Homewood Suites by Hilton was designed by Melzer Deckert & Ruder Architects to feature 290 distinctive rooms with appeal for both business and leisure travelers.

The first such hotel in Los Angeles to provide expansive common areas with an enhanced mix of amenities that cater to the needs of each hotel’s respective guests. The Fuscoe Engineering team provided a full array of civil engineering services in addition to an ALTA survey, hydrology and sewer capacity reports, and LID assessment reports. The project features a harvest and reuse system to capture runoff from storm events and reuse it for landscape irrigation. The site is riddled with numerous existing utilities, serving not only the site but the adjacent properties. Fuscoe modified the underground utility designs as field issues came up with cost effective, timely and creative solutions that kept the project moving.
