City of Hope/Corona Medical Campus
The Boureston Companies
This commercial infill redevelopment campus is comprised of medical buildings, one specifically built for the City of Hope.
The campus, designed by Pings & Associates architects, totals 57,500 sf in two 2-story buildings on 2.2 acres, located just north of the Corona Regional Medical Center. The City of Hope building spans 32,500 sf, while the second medical building is 25,000 sf. The Fuscoe team provided comprehensive civil engineering, survey/mapping and stormwater management services for this project, including infiltration for water quality BMPs, with extensive use of pervious pavements in the public roadway and on private land. Adjacent streets were reconfigured to increase available public parking, and to improve pedestrian circulation and drainage.
