Aria Apartments

Affirmed Housing Group

Aria was created in partnership with the City of Los Angeles Housing Department and the Department of Health Services to reduce homelessness in Los Angeles and will provide onsite supportive services.

This five-story affordable project is located on a .35-acre lot on Cambria Street in the Westlake area of Los Angeles and will provide 57 permanent supportive housing units for homeless individuals. Designed by Togawa Smith Martin architects, this $28 million community will be funded by HHH Funds through HCIDLA, DHS Vouchers, Banner Bank and Boston Capital.
