Andrew (Andy) is an exacting and dynamic professional who brings real and sustained value to Fuscoe’s Los Angeles area clients and their projects. Andy has over 30 plus years of land development engineering and project management experience, and his civil design background includes work for projects in the residential, urban infill, commercial/industrial and public works sectors. Andy truly enjoys solving land development challenges and his expertise includes project management, agency interface, LID/LEED, solar/renewable energy and entitlement solutions for a multitude of projects.
