A 25-year Fuscoe veteran, Jeff Stempson is an extremely dedicated professional, widely respected for his meticulous attention to detail, motivational leadership ability and extensive experience with CADD applications. Jeff oversees Fuscoe’s company-wide IT infrastructure and staff, and establishes all IT policies and procedures. He is particularly adept at developing innovative solutions that assist Fuscoe’s engineers in project production. His responsibilities include managing firm-wide IT systems and projects; research and development of new technologies; and supervising the migration and implementation of new hardware and software systems.

Jeff sets, maintains and oversees all Fuscoe BIM and CADD management, design standards and workflow processes. Jeff has created comprehensive, detailed CADD manuals which have greatly streamlined employee efforts and ensure that Fuscoe’s plans and exhibits are complete, technically accurate and measure up to company standards. Clients easily recognize Fuscoe plans from their consistency in quality, design and color. To ensure project team productivity, Jeff reinforces design standards compliance by personally training Fuscoe’s engineers in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Newforma, Bluebeam, OpenAsset and Deltek Vision.

Jeff also establishes, implements and manages a company-wide Knowledge Management Solution that aids all staff members in their day-to-day project design and management activities. He also works to facilitate knowledge transfer between experienced and newer engineers.

Jeff’s strong technical skills combined with a responsive, responsible Can-Do attitude, makes him an indispensable member of Fuscoe’s management team. Jeff lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife, Heather, and their two children, Hannah and Jordan.
