Bryan Smith Promoted to Senior Project Manager
Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Smith, PE, QSD to the position of Senior Project Manager in its San Diego office.
Bryan is noted for his exceptional diligence, creative problem-solving abilities, and a bias for action. Bryan has become a valuable part of the Fuscoe culture and now, in his new position as Senior Project Manager, Bryan is expanding his leadership role in the company while continuing to lead his team of engineers in designing complicated and challenging San Diego projects.

Bryan has led a variety of projects, from commercial office buildings and retail centers to urban infill and mixed-use residential developments. He thrives in the challenging environment of the downtown San Diego market and has led notable projects such as BRIDGE Housing’s Celadon at 9th and Broadway, an affordable development that earned the ULI Global Award of Excellence; Modera at 14th and K Apartments for Mill Creek Residential Trust; 4th and J Street Apartments for Legacy Partners Residential, LLC; and Lofts at Normal Heights mixed-use project for Chelsea Investment Corporation.
Bryan is a member of BIA yGEN, a group providing educational, mentorship and networking opportunities to young building professionals. Bryan lives in San Diego with his wife Emma, and their two sons, Rowan and Weston.
