Rose Hill Courts, designed by BSB Design, is a two-phase 100% affordable apartment redevelopment project on 5.2 acres.

The existing 100 dwelling units will be demolished and replaced with 185 single- and multi-bedroom units for low-, very low- and extremely low-income families, in nine one- to four-story structures.

Unique project site design challenges include public street and utility abandonments running through the middle of the site. Its hillside terrain design dictated complex grading, extensive site retaining walls and stormwater management elements, including a stormwater (LID) harvesting solution utilizing dry-weather irrigation demands.
