MiraCosta Community College to be renovated and modernized under the district’s $455M Measure MM bond, approved by voters in November 2016.

Fuscoe’s work centered on two sites. One is a parking lot expansion and landscape yard space (Lot 4C) on three acres, with ADA path of travel from the lot to the campus center. The other two-acre site (Lots 2B & 3A) will feature a new parking lot. The project work performed entailed both civil engineering and mapping due diligence studies. A topographic map was developed and Aerial Scanning Services were utilized to create a point cloud survey. The Fuscoe staff provided a web platform to host the point cloud data to give project access to the sites’ elevation data.
