San Ysidro Senior Village will provide 51 beautiful apartment homes for seniors, ages 55 or better, who are experiencing homelessness.

The Fuscoe team provided its signature services which included: preliminary engineering, design survey, lot consolidation parcel map, precise building location plan, tentative map/concept plans, public street improvement plans, as-builts, grading and drainage plans, sewer study and monitoring, traffic control improvement plan, water quality technical report, water pollution control plan, and SWQMP.
