Campo Verde

Campo Verde is a 140 MW solar power plant in the County of Imperial, approximately 7 miles southwest of El Centro. The site is bisected by several public roads and IID-owned irrigation
and transmission facilities.

The Fuscoe team delivered preliminary engineering and EIR support for the project as well as final engineering, which included grading plans, hydrology study, fencing plans and construction trailer move-on plans. To assist with project schedule constraints, Fuscoe also prepared a separate set of grading plans for the substation and processed these plans for approval with the County of Imperial. Fuscoe’s watershed management team prepared the SWPPP for the power plant as well as the Notice of Termination for the offsite portion of the gen-tie, which interconnects to SDG&E’s Imperial Valley Substation.
