This project is a new two-story, 44,000 sf medical office building on a five-acre site in El Centro, serving tenants Clinicas and Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group.

Fuscoe Engineering capitalized on its prior work performed for this site when it was being developed as a commercial project. In the planning and design phase for the new medical office project, designed by Nadel Architecture + Planning, Fuscoe applied its detailed knowledge of existing infrastructure as-built conditions to fit the new project into the site. Also, most of Fuscoe’s prior plans, including stormwater BMPs, only required minor modifications to meet current stormwater regulatory requirements.
