As Orange County’s largest apartment complex ever built, Los Olivos Apartment Village is in a class of its own. This impressive 1,750-unit luxury apartment community, located on approximately 73 prime acres, is connected via a walkway to the Irvine Spectrum Center.

The Fuscoe Engineering team faced a number of unique challenges over the course of the project, including design of a 30’ high soundwall on top of a 20’ high berm adjacent to the 405 Freeway as well as integration of a regional sewer line facility through the apartment site, while simultaneously maintaining service access.
