Located on approximately 900 acres of agricultural land near the city of El Centro, the Imperial Solar Energy Center South is a fixed-tilt thin film photovoltaic solar power generating system, with a capacity of approximately 130 megawatts (MW) of electricity.

Fuscoe provided civil engineering and survey/mapping services which included: final grading plans, final drainage report, access road plans, stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), supplemental topographic survey, Caltrans permitting, IID Water Department processing, and County of Imperial processing.
